Price includes photography coverage plus editing & delivery of images within 48 hours.

Discounted rate available if booking 2 or more properties. Zero travel costs for properties within 10 miles of Oban (PA34).

Simply use the contact form below to contact Ruairidh (Etive Photography) with your name, email and details of the property in question. From there we can arrange a date/time to photograph your property. Feel free to leave your number if you prefer to chat over the phone or WhatsApp.

Your property must be “photograph ready”, otherwise I cannot photograph the property. This means the property should be clean and tidy, with furniture and decor in its rightful place. If I show up to our appointment and the property is not ready, this will incur a £20 charge.

I capture 2-3 photos per room plus any worthy details such as views, furniture, amenities, etc. Most one-bedroom flats average around 25 photos, sometimes more if there is a garden or other requirements.

I aim to process and deliver your final images within 48 hours of the initial shoot between Mondays and Fridays. Weekend delivery is available at an extra cost, depending on the size of the property.

You will receive an email from Etive Photography with a link to your own private gallery. Here you can view, download and share your final images.

My online payment processor accepts credit / debit cards through Stripe. Alternatively you can pay via PayPal, bank transfer or cash.

I’m happy to travel nationwide for appointments. I have covered lots of properties around Argyll & Bute, the Highlands and Islands. Please be aware travel costs and time will have to be factored in for properties located over 5 miles from post code PA34 (Oban, Scotland).
