Simply use the form below to contact Ruairidh (Etive Photography) with your name, email and details of the property in question. From there we can arrange a date/time to photograph your property. Feel free to leave your number if you prefer to chat over the phone or text.

The more prepared your property is, the better your photos will be. Clean and tidy throughout, furniture and decor in place, surfaces clear, beds made, towels folded. If the property needs a deep clean, it’s worth doing before we shoot. Please note – if I arrive and the property isn’t ready, a £20 rescheduling fee applies.

2–3 images per room, plus any notable details – views, outdoor space, key amenities. A one-bedroom property usually yields around 30 finished images.

Within 48 hours of the shoot, Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery is available on request at an additional cost.

Via a private online gallery – you’ll get an email link to view, download and share your images straight away.

Card via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer or cash.

Primarily the Highlands and Argyll & Bute, based between Oban and Inverness. Happy to travel further – just factor in travel time and costs for locations more than 5 miles from PA34 or IV2/IV3.
